Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Lajuwin ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://lajuwin.cam and all associated products, services, and features therein (collectively, the "Services").

Lajuwin is an online casino and sports betting platform operated under international licensing frameworks. The Platform offers live dealer casino games, slot games, sports betting markets, crash and instant games, and related entertainment services to eligible players.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on Lajuwin, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Lajuwin enforces a strict minimum age of 21 for all registered players, consistent with international online casino licensing standards applicable to casino-style gambling.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law. You accept sole responsibility for verifying whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a Lajuwin employee or contractor.
• You have not been previously excluded or suspended from the Platform under these Terms or any predecessor terms.
• You are of sound mind and are not acting under undue influence, coercion, or duress.

Lajuwin reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity (KYC documentation) at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

Account Registration & Security

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered account on the Lajuwin Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or devices, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Lajuwin reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances upon discovery of duplicate registrations.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. Lajuwin shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with other services;
• Never share your account login credentials with any third party;
• Notify Lajuwin's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account;
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared devices.

Lajuwin reserves the right to refuse account registration or suspend an existing account without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached or that account activity presents a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

Deposits & Payments

Lajuwin accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, DuitNow Transfer, FPX (all major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank), and USDT TRC20 for cryptocurrency users.

All deposits are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Lajuwin does not charge deposit fees on standard payment methods. However, network fees may apply to USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency deposits, which are borne by the Player.
• Deposits are generally credited within the timeframes specified in our Payment Methods Guide: e-wallets are typically instant; FPX/DuitNow bank transfers within 5–10 minutes; cryptocurrency within 15–30 minutes subject to blockchain confirmation.
• Lajuwin reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds deposited, particularly for large deposits or where unusual transaction patterns are identified.

Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of real-money balances subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be fully completed prior to the processing of any withdrawal request.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Lajuwin will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Where a deposit was made using a specific method, Lajuwin reserves the right to return funds to the same method up to the deposited amount before paying remaining winnings to an alternative method.
• Active wagering requirements attached to any bonus funds must be met before the relevant balance becomes withdrawable. Failure to satisfy wagering requirements will result in the bonus amount (and any associated winnings) being forfeited upon withdrawal request.
• Lajuwin targets the following processing timeframes: e-wallet withdrawals under 5 minutes; DuitNow/FPX withdrawals within 5–15 minutes; bank wire transfers within 15–60 minutes. These are targets, not guarantees, and may be affected by third-party payment provider processing times.

Lajuwin reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where an account is under investigation for suspected fraud, bonus abuse, breach of these Terms, or pending KYC verification.

Bonuses & Promotions

Lajuwin offers various promotional offers to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, loyalty rewards, and referral bonuses. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published alongside each offer and incorporated into these Terms by reference.

General bonus conditions applicable to all Lajuwin promotions include:

• Each Player is entitled to claim each promotion only once unless the offer expressly states otherwise.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by Players who have fully completed KYC verification, unless specifically stated otherwise in the offer terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified in the applicable offer terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings not wagered within the specified period will be forfeited automatically.
• Lajuwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that ongoing wagering commitments from accepted bonuses will be honoured.
• Evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to collusion, use of multiple accounts, artificial wagering patterns, or exploitation of software errors — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• The free credit birthday bonus is available to verified players only, is non-transferable, and expires 72 hours after being credited.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on the Lajuwin Platform is subject to the rules of the specific game or market as displayed at the time of play. In cases of conflict between these general Terms and specific game rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of the relevant game or market.

Players acknowledge and accept the following:

• Game outcomes for casino products are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG). Results are final once a game round is confirmed.
• Sports betting results are determined by the outcome of the relevant event as verified by official sources. Settlement may be delayed pending confirmation of results.
• Lajuwin reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including bets placed at clearly incorrect odds due to technical or human error — without liability to the Player.
• Bets placed after an event has commenced in error (due to technical malfunction) may be voided at Lajuwin's discretion.
• Maximum bet and maximum win limits may apply to specific games or markets and will be displayed within the relevant game interface or betting slip.
• Players are solely responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of any game before placing a wager.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the Lajuwin Platform:

• Registering more than one account or using fictitious or third-party personal information during registration;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical device to interact with Platform games or betting markets;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting scheme;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any Platform game or system;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access the underlying software of any Platform game or system;
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks, disputed transactions, or misrepresentation of payment information;
• Participating in any form of money laundering or depositing funds obtained through illegal means;
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward Lajuwin support staff or other users;
• Sharing account credentials or allowing third parties to access your account.

Responsible Gambling

Lajuwin is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to Players seriously. We provide the following responsible gambling tools, accessible via account settings or by contacting our support team:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure alerts at specified intervals to remind them of the duration of their current gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a self-exclusion period (minimum 6 months) during which their account will be suspended and they will be prevented from creating new accounts. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Lajuwin Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software, databases, trademarks, and game content — is the exclusive property of Lajuwin or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from Lajuwin.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lajuwin and its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the Platform;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform;
• Losses arising from temporary service interruptions, technical errors, or third-party payment processing delays;
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain account security or from unauthorised access to your account by third parties where you failed to exercise reasonable care;
• Decisions made by Players based on information available on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game descriptions.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Lajuwin does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.

Termination of Account

Lajuwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC;
• Engaging in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9;
• Failure to satisfy identity verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe;
• Conduct that, in Lajuwin's reasonable assessment, threatens the integrity or reputation of the Platform.

Players may also request voluntary closure of their account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure (after satisfying outstanding wagering requirements) will be paid out to a verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lajuwin holds its operating licence, as applicable.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, transaction, or these Terms, Players should first contact Lajuwin's customer support team, which will endeavour to resolve the matter within 10 business days. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through internal channels, the dispute may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution mechanism specified under Lajuwin's operating licence.

Malaysian players are reminded that local courts may not have jurisdiction over disputes arising from use of internationally licensed online gambling platforms. Players are responsible for understanding the legal implications of online gambling in their jurisdiction.

Amendments to These Terms

Lajuwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform no less than seven (7) days before the revised Terms take effect, except where immediate changes are required by applicable law or licensing authorities, in which case the changes will take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.
